292 is a light hindered amine stabilizer for coatings. It is used in coatings to effectively increase the service life of coatings and prevent cracking and loss of gloss. 292 may react with paint components, such as acid catalysts.

Application:
A large number of experiments have shown that 292 is suitable for the following coating compositions:
1. Single or double layer polyurethane
2. Thermoplastic acrylic (physical drying)
3. Alkyd (air drying)
4. Thermosetting acrylic, alkyd, polyester
5. Water-based acrylic
6. Radiation-cured acrylic
If 292 is used together with other UV absorbers UV-1130, there will be better synergistic effects, which will significantly improve the weather resistance of the coating, make the automotive coating play a better role, and have a good inhibitory effect on gloss reduction, cracks, bubbles, delamination and color.
Recommended dosage:
- For clear varnish and metallic glitter paint: add: 0.5%-1% 292, 1%-3% 1130
- For single-layer natural paint: add: 1%-2% 292
