Applied Range
360 can be applied to acrylic resins, polyalkylene terephthalates, polycarbonates, modified polyphenyl esters or sulfides, polyamides, polyoxymethals, polyolefins, styrene, elastomers and high performance plastics.
Effect
360 is particularly suitable for processing and aging conditions that require high concentration, low volatility, and good compatibility. Its purpose is to achieve high UV performance, reduce sublimation at the outlet, and prevent deposition on modules, cooling rollers, or calibrators. It can also prevent leaching or crystallization of final components during processing or exposure to high operating temperatures. These requirements are especially stringent for complex modules, fibers, sheets, bilayer sheets, single-layer films, adhesive layers, and thin or co-extruded semi-finished products.
Depending on the equipment, processing conditions and type of polymer, 360 allows direct double layer co-extrusion of sheets without an intermediate layer to prevent sublimation or precipitation due to a thin intermediate layer with high UV absorber concentration.

360 has strong absorption in the 300-400nm ultraviolet region, while the absorption in the visible region is very small. In chloroform solution, the large absorption peak is 308nm and 349nm(e=31895l/mol.cm)
