This product is a high molecular weight hindered phenol antioxidant, odorless, low volatility, extraction resistance, non-coloring, stable in nature, soluble in chloroform, acetone, toluene, insoluble in water, low volatility.
Use:
This product is suitable for polyolefins, PET, PBT, polyamide, styrene resins and polyurethane, natural rubber and other elastomeric materials, with good compatibility with resins, extraction resistance, low volatility, high antioxidant efficiency and good electrical insulation, etc., especially suitable for high temperature processing of polyolefin pipes, injection molding products, wires and cables and other products processing areas. This product has good synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters and carbon free radical scavengers.
The recommended dosage of 1330 is:
Polyolefin resin: 0.05-0.5%, hot melt adhesive: 0.2-1.0%, synthetic tackifying resin: 0.1-0.5%
Packaging and storage:
Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Store in a dry and cool environment as general chemicals, and the recommended storage time is 12 months.
