Features and uses

This product is suitable for polyolefins, polyesters, polystyrene, ABS resins and polyvinyl chloride, etc. It is also suitable for white, bright-colored or transparent products.

Antioxidant K300 is a typical thiobisphenol antioxidant. Due to the special structure, it has the dual functions of free radical terminator and hydroperoxide decomposer. When used with carbon black, it shows excellent synergistic effect, which is unmatched by commonly used antioxidants.

This product is a highly efficient main antioxidant for rubber, polyolefin, plastic and other products, especially as an antioxidant for polyethylene cable and wire materials. Therefore, this antioxidant is widely used in the cable and wire industry at home and abroad.

When this antioxidant is used as an antioxidant for polyethylene food packaging materials, its limit is: 0.05% for low-density polyethylene and 0.25% for high-density polyethylene.
The use of K300 antioxidant in polyethylene has the following advantages:

1. Better maintain the physical properties of raw materials (such as tensile strength, elongation, melt index, etc.)

2. Preserve the electrical performance and high thermal stability, enhance the weather resistance of the product, and the anti-aging effect is four times that of general anti-aging agents. It is less volatile than other commonly used antioxidants and has a better effect when used with carbon black.

Storage and packaging

Antioxidant K300 is stable in nature and has no special storage requirements. Avoid high temperature and humidity during storage. It is packaged in cardboard barrels lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg/barrel.
