It is a highly active, low-volatile, multi-purpose, pollution-free polymeric hindered phenol antioxidant. It is a recommended excellent antioxidant for natural and synthetic rubber polymers and butadiene compounds. It also has a good antioxidant effect in latex and has excellent dispersibility or compatibility.
It shows low migration or extraction properties after repeated washing and boiling of rubber, elastic silk, carpet base glue, foam and other materials.
This product is a new type of high-efficiency antioxidant developed by combining polymerized phenolic antioxidants and thioester auxiliary antioxidants through advanced compounding and emulsification technology. It can completely replace and solve the problems of antioxidants 264, AO-50, 1076, 1010, 2246 in the latex, tire, ABS, adhesive and other industries in terms of high temperature resistance and yellowing.
Main performance:
Due to the high activity and low volatility of the antioxidant, small particle size, and the fact that it is an aqueous emulsion, the antioxidant property of the product is greatly improved, the high temperature resistance of the product is improved, the yellowing of the product during the production process is improved, and the secondary processing performance of the product is improved.
Addition method:
This product is suitable for processes such as water-based systems. When added, the addition amount is 0.25% to 0.5%.
