Performance characteristics:

Fluorescent brightener VBL is a typical representative product of bis(triazine amino) type fluorescent brightener. It is soluble in 80 times soft water, anionic, acid and alkali resistance is PH=6~11, and the dye bath PH is preferably 8~9. In acidic solution, the fluorescence gradually weakens and turns yellow due to the increase in acidity. It can withstand hard water up to 300ppm, free chlorine up to 0.25%, not resistant to metal ions such as copper and iron, stable to insurance powder, but not resistant to high temperature baking. It can be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants or dyes, non-ionic surfactants, and hydrogen peroxide. The fluorescent tone is cyan light and slightly purple (blue-purple light). Fluorescent brightener VBL should not be used in the same bath with cationic dyes and surfactants, synthetic resin primary shrinkage, etc.

Scope of application:

1. Used for whitening of cotton and viscose white products, and brightening of light-colored or printed products. It has average light fastness, good affinity for cellulose fibers, average leveling, and is applicable to printing and dyeing, padding and printing paste.

2. It can be used for whitening of vinylon and nylon products. It can also be used for whitening of papermaking industry, pulp or coating.

Usage:

1. In the printing and dyeing industry, add the fluorescent brightener directly to the dyeing vat and use it after deep dissolution with water. Dosage: 0.08-0.3%, bath ratio: 1:40, optimal dye bath temperature: 60℃, PH=7-9, dyeing time is 20-30 minutes

2. In the papermaking industry, dissolve the fluorescent brightener in 80 times water and add it to the pulp or coating. The dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the absolute dry pulp or absolute dry coating weight

VBL is packaged in cardboard barrels or plastic-coated paper bags, with a net weight of 25kg per piece

Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse with a storage period of three years.
